They have worked on various industry projects and their portfolio consists of mining, municipal waste water infrastructure, highway/road construction, agriculture, forestry and other civil infrastructure projects. Web Design Project
As G.E. Environmental Solutions works on many diverse projects and offers various services, they needed help revising their site map and making it simpler. They also wanted a place where they could display their projects and there’s no better place to do this than a website! Here’s a look at what we did for the new website.
Custom CMS
The G.E. Environmental Solutions website was built upon an easy-to-use custom content management system (CMS). The platform allows them to effectively self-manage their website, including adding and deleting website content, as well as managing any and all website modules developed for their site. G.E. Environmental Solutions’ website administrator(s) can log-in using the secure and password protected area to access the management area.
Project Gallery
A project gallery was created for the G.E. Environmental Solutions website which allows them to showcase their most recent and past projects by uploading multiple images and descriptions on what was involved. Using their custom CMS they are able to easily add and update projects. Additionally, they also have the ability to highlight any of their projects on the homepage which links to the full project gallery.
Job Board
A dedicated “Careers” section was created for the G.E. Environmental Solutions website which allows them to freely upload available positions and highlight these positions for potential future employees. The job board also makes it extremely easy for interested applicants to apply. All they have to do is click on the “Apply Now” button and they are able to simply upload their resume directly to the company through the website.
