Now I’ve never used a Realtor—my experience buying a home was in the UK and Realtors aren’t really used there—so like many of you I’m sure you want to know the answer to the following question: why use a Realtor? The answer is long, so I’m not going to repeat the answer here—check the website for that info—but it makes perfect sense.
