Polar Refrigeration Service Ltd is a locally owned and operated service specialist that’s available 24/7 to serve you right, the first time! They have been around since 1952 and they are leaders in the literally the coolest industry around – refrigeration! But don’t let that their frosty name fool you, Polar Service also offers heating, ventilation, and other related services. They approached 2 Web Design to redesign their dated site into a cooler and more modern appearance.

Project Overview

The refreshed website is rich with information including about the company and their value commitment, about their services offered, and about their past projects. Their projects are highlighted in an online portfolio in a visual and categorized layout. Another kind of information displayed on their site is the user-generated, rotating testimonials. The testimonials cycle through numerous persons accounts of the company adding “social proof” or authority to their services.

Basic Lead Generation

To assist with basic lead generation, we designed customized contact forms that allows users to select their type of inquiry to assist administrators with managing their workflow when answering web inquires.  We also developed a service request form that is tailored to Polar Services and their customers needs.

Responsive Design

To improve user experience of those browsing the new Polar Services website, we implemented responsive website design. RWD allows for optimal viewing of the website  regardless of device and/or screen size. What this also means is that any information is available 24/7, right when refrigeration customers need them most!
