We completely overhauled their simple existing website by modernizing and revamping their entire online identity.

Web Refresh Project

The client’s main goals in this website refresh project were to implement numerous custom features to the content management system including a members only module, product catalogue, and careers section, in addition to implementing responsive design throughout the entire site.

Custom Features

One of the customizable features the client chose was the Employee Intranet. This staff-only area of the site allows their employees to securely log in, view, and manage their work schedules.

Another one of the custom features used in the CMS (content management system) of the site was the product catalogue. The product catalogue allows visitors to easily review products in depth with visuals and textual description.

By implementing a career feature directly onto their website to encourage the recruitment of great talent, Westar Group of Companies saves both time and money. The team implemented a career feature for the website to allow the client to upload and advertise their own career postings.

Responsive

At the request of the client, the team implemented responsive design. Responsive design means that their website automatically optimizes its display for all devices. This is convenient not only for employees of Westar Group of Companies who use the staff-only are on the go, but also very convenient for all site visitors who roll on by.
